This week was ROUGH! The tolerable warmer weather that we had last week seems to have been a horrible prank that Mother Nature (why she deserves to have her name in capitals after being so horrible to me, I don't know) played on us all. As you hole up inside to recuperate from what surely has to be frostbite, take the time to catch up on what you might have missed during the hectic week.
One of my favourite people, the uber-talented Arleen Solomon Rotchin, receives some well-deserved love for her third novel, 'The Duchess of Cypress'.
In that same literary spirit, this is a fun guide to books you should read based on what you loved to read as a child. I absolutely loved 'Sideways Stories from the Wayside School' , FYI.
This week felt a little "much" so I treated myself to an Evil Eye-repelling mani.
Congrats to my lovely friend and stylish swimwear designer Marysia Reeves, whose beautiful suits are now available online at Neiman Marcus and Bloomingdales.
I made this delicious recipe for Halibut en Papillote with Asparagus, Leeks and Dill twice in the past week. It's really that good! I replaced the Halibut with Tilapia.
